Act & Automate

Feedback in the tools your teams already use.

Ops works in spreadsheets, product in Notion, sales in the CRM. Formbricks sends each completed response there, so each team acts on what customers said without learning a new tool. Your IT team decides how each connection runs: on your own OAuth apps, on n8n inside your stack, or through signed webhooks and scoped API keys.

Pick a time right in the form.

Sheets and databases

Each response becomes a row.

Link a Google Sheet, an Airtable table or a Notion database to a survey and pick the questions to send. Every completed response arrives as a new row, so the ops team works the list in the tool it already knows.

Add the response time, hidden fields like an order ID, variables, metadata or person attributes when a team needs the context. In Notion, you map each question to a column of your database.

Automation platforms

Thousands of apps, no code.

Formbricks is a trigger in n8n, Activepieces, Make and Zapier. A finished response can update a HubSpot contact, create a Salesforce record, open a Jira issue or start any other step those platforms offer.

Run n8n or Activepieces on your own servers, and the automation stays in your stack. Teams already on Make or Zapier connect with an API key in minutes.

API

Build on the same data.

The Management API reads and writes surveys, responses, contacts and webhooks. Each key reaches only the workspaces you add, so a nightly sync can read responses and change nothing.

Filter on the update date and pull only what changed since the last run. Data can flow in, too: bring surveys, CSV files and other sources into one dataset with Unify Feedback.

For IT

Every connection on your terms.

Integrations start in your own Formbricks instance and run on accounts, keys and servers you control. You decide which tool gets which answers, and you can choose an option that adds no new vendor to review.

  • Your own OAuth apps

Self-hosted, you register the Slack, Google, Airtable and Notion apps yourself, so every connection runs under your accounts and your domain.
  • Automation in your stack

Run n8n or Activepieces on your own servers with the Formbricks trigger. Responses move between your systems with no new sub-processor.
  • Keys scoped per workspace

Every API key reaches only the workspaces you add, at read, write or manage level. A key never reaches a workspace you didn't add.
  • Send only what's needed

Pick the questions for each sheet, table or channel. Hidden fields, metadata and person attributes stay out unless you switch them on.
  • Roles decide who connects

Members with read-only access can see integrations but can't add or change them. Each connection is set up by someone with write access.
  • Agents follow roles

AI clients connect over OAuth with each person's own login, and their workspace role limits every action.
