Every Fan's Voice, Live on Match Day

The Local Organizing Committee of the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 hears from fans while they are still in the stadium, and fixes issues before the next match. Every response is stored in the Kingdom, on a dedicated Formbricks instance in Dammam that our team manages for them.

“I'm an open source kind of guy, and Formbricks has made me a big fan. It runs in the Kingdom on a dedicated cloud they manage for us, and working with the team has been a delight. They are very responsive and very effective, which is exactly what you need when a tournament is days away.”

Use Cases

How the Committee Uses Formbricks

Live insight for the operations team, surveys that keep working in a full stadium, and data that stays in the country.

A Live View of Every Stadium

Each stadium has its own dashboard with the same charts, so venues compare like for like. Satisfaction is tracked for every step of the fan journey, from parking to the exit, against a target of 4.3 out of 5. Each survey link carries its stadium and match, so every answer lands in the right view. When a touchpoint dips, the operations team sees it on the same day and fixes it before the next match.

Surveys That Work Without Signal

A full stadium can take the mobile network down. Link surveys keep working offline: answers are stored on the device and sync as soon as the connection returns. Fans and field teams answer in Arabic or English, and every response lands in the same dataset.

Every Response Stays in the Kingdom

The committee runs on a dedicated Formbricks instance on Google Cloud in Dammam, and the Formbricks team manages it for them. The data stays in the Kingdom without the committee running servers of its own. Open-text answers are enriched with sentiment, emotion and translation, and sorted into a taxonomy of topics and subtopics. Every AI model behind that is hosted in Dammam too, so thousands of Arabic and English comments read as one picture without leaving the country. Analysts take the same data into Power BI and research files.

Why Formbricks

Why the Committee Chose Formbricks

Three requirements for a national tournament, met by one platform.

  • Data residency built in

A dedicated Formbricks instance on Google Cloud in Dammam, managed by our team. Fan data and every AI model stay in the Kingdom.
  • Made for match day

Live dashboards and APIs give the operations team answers while the tournament is still running.
  • Open source at the core

The organizers can inspect every line of code, and carry the same platform to every event that follows.
