How it works
- Pick a Feedback Directory under Unify → Topics & Subtopics.
- Formbricks scans
value_textacross the directory and proposes a set of Topics (broad categories) and Subtopics (specific themes within a topic). - Each record can be assigned to one Topic and one Subtopic.
What you can do today
- Browse the proposed Topic / Subtopic tree for a directory.
- Inspect which records cluster under each Topic.
Roadmap
- Manual edits to topic labels and assignments.
- Topic filters on Charts and Dashboards.
- Per-source topic confidence scoring.
