Sprinklr Pricing in 2026: Why There's No Public Number, and What It Actually Costs

If you go looking for Sprinklr pricing, the first thing you'll find is a 404. sprinklr.com/pricing/ doesn't resolve. Every pricing-adjacent link on Sprinklr's site, homepage, product pages, the works, routes to "Talk to an expert" or "Get a demo," not a rate card.

Formbricks open-source feedback and experience management platform

That's not an oversight. Sprinklr is a Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) suite spanning four separately-branded product lines: Service, Social, Marketing, and Insights, sold to enterprise buyers through a sales-led, quote-only model. We couldn't find a single current, official self-serve number anywhere on sprinklr.com. So this breakdown works with what's actually available: the one third-party pricing estimate that exists for a piece of the platform, what reviewers report actually paying, and a full comparison against Formbricks, an open feedback and experience management platform that publishes every tier's price on its own pricing page.

I believe Sprinklr is the right call if:

  • You're a large enterprise that wants one vendor spanning social media management, contact-center AI, marketing, and customer insights
  • Sprinklr-managed cloud hosting fits your compliance posture, and you have budget for a custom, quote-based contract
  • You value broad channel coverage (30+ digital and social channels) over a dedicated, lightweight feedback tool
  • Your team can absorb the learning curve reviewers consistently describe as steep

It's a weaker fit if:

  • You need to know a real number before a sales call, budget-stage evaluation isn't possible with Sprinklr's current pricing model
  • You only need survey or feedback collection, not a four-suite CXM platform with social listening and CCaaS bundled in
  • Self-hosting or customer-controlled infrastructure is a requirement, not a preference
  • You want monthly billing flexibility instead of an annual-only, quote-based contract

Because Sprinklr's own pricing page isn't reachable, I've built a full comparison with Formbricks later in this breakdown, since it's the clearest example of what transparent, self-serve pricing looks like for the same feedback and experience management category.

Why There's No Public Sprinklr Pricing Page

Checking sprinklr.com/pricing/ directly returns an HTTP 404. Every pricing-adjacent call to action across the homepage and product pages, including the Sprinklr Social demo page and the customer service product page, leads to "Talk to an expert" or "Schedule a personalized demo," not a checkout flow or a published rate card.

This isn't unusual for enterprise CXM platforms selling to large accounts, but it does mean budget-stage evaluators can't get even a ballpark figure without engaging sales first. Multiple reviewers on G2 and Capterra independently describe the product as "expensive," consistent with, though not proof of, a fully custom pricing model tuned per-account.

The Bottom Line: If you need a number to bring to a budget conversation before your first sales call, Sprinklr's current site won't give you one.

The One Number We Could Find: Sprinklr Social's Self-Service Plan

The only concrete Sprinklr price point we could locate anywhere, official or third-party, comes from Agorapulse's own Sprinklr pricing breakdown, a competitor's blog post rather than a Sprinklr-published figure. Treat it as a directional estimate, not a current quote, and note it's scoped to one module (Sprinklr Social) inside the much larger four-suite platform.

FeatureDetails
PlanSprinklr Social "Advanced" (self-service)
Price$299/month, billed annually only
Annual total$3,588/year for 1 seat
Additional seats$299/user/month, no volume discount, annual billing only
Technical supportNot included, per Sprinklr's own self-service terms
Monthly billing optionNone found

According to Agorapulse, Sprinklr's self-service terms explicitly state that Sprinklr "is not obligated to provide any technical support, phone support, or updates" for this tier, and that users should not open support requests through Sprinklr's regular support channels. Full technical support is reserved for Enterprise, quote-only contracts.

Run the math on a small team: five seats at $299/user/month, billed annually, comes out to roughly $17,940/year, before any of Sprinklr's other three product suites (Service, Marketing, Insights) enter the picture.

Sprinklr Social Advanced (self-service)
ProsCons
✅ The only self-service, credit-card-reachable price point in the portfolio❌ Annual billing only, no monthly option
✅ Access to the broader Sprinklr Social feature set❌ No technical support included
✅ No sales call required to sign up❌ No discount for additional seats
✅ Established, well-reviewed platform❌ Priced per seat, scales fast for teams

The Bottom Line: This is the closest thing Sprinklr has to a transparent price, and it's still annual-only, unsupported, and scoped to a single module of a four-suite platform. Everything else, including the module most comparable to Formbricks (Sprinklr Surveys, inside Insights), requires a sales conversation.

The Four Product Suites, All Priced by Quote

Sprinklr's "Unified CXM" positioning breaks down into four separately-branded suites, each with its own products and none with a public rate card for anything beyond the Social Advanced plan above.

SuiteWhat it coversPriced on
Sprinklr ServiceInbound/outbound contact center, omnichannel routing, agent copilot, quality management, conversational analytics, knowledge base, omnichannel surveysRequest Pricing
Sprinklr SocialSocial publishing/engagement, distributed social marketing, employee advocacy across 30+ channelsRequest Pricing (Enterprise); Advanced self-service at $299/mo/seat
Sprinklr MarketingContent/campaign planning, social advertising, unified marketing analytics, ad comment moderationRequest Pricing
Sprinklr Insights (incl. Sprinklr Surveys)Social listening, competitive benchmarking, product/location/visual insights, LLM Insights, video intelligence, plus a dedicated Sprinklr Surveys moduleRequest Pricing

Source: sprinklr.com and sprinklr.com/products/consumer-intelligence/, captured August 15, 2026.

Sprinklr Surveys, the module that actually overlaps with what Formbricks does, lives inside the Insights suite, one small piece of a four-suite platform that also covers social listening, contact-center AI, and marketing. Teams evaluating Sprinklr purely for feedback or survey tooling still inherit the pricing and complexity of the entire unified platform, per capterra reviewer feedback on the Sprinklr Platform listing.

The Bottom Line: None of the four suites has a public number beyond the one Social self-service plan above. If your evaluation needs a rough annual figure for CX, service, or insights tooling specifically, Sprinklr's site won't produce one without a sales call.

Where Sprinklr Pricing Falls Short

No Public Pricing Page

  • sprinklr.com/pricing/ returns a 404 as of this writing
  • Every pricing CTA across the site routes to a demo request, not a rate card
  • The single exception (Sprinklr Social Advanced) is annual-only and comes from a third-party estimate, not Sprinklr's own current site

Sales-Gated Across the Portfolio

  • Three of four product suites (Service, Marketing, Insights) have no published price at any tier
  • Budget-stage evaluators can't get a ballpark figure without a sales conversation
  • Reviewers on G2 and Capterra independently describe the platform as "expensive," a pattern that's consistent with quote-based pricing but not independently verifiable without a quote

No Path to Self-Hosting

  • Sprinklr's own security documentation describes only Sprinklr-managed cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft, and Google
  • Regional data-hosting add-ons (Switzerland, Saudi Arabia) are still Sprinklr-operated, not customer-controlled deployments
  • Regulated buyers requiring true on-prem or customer-controlled infrastructure have no path with Sprinklr, at any budget

Broad-Suite Complexity for Feedback-Only Buyers

  • Sprinklr Surveys is one module inside four large product suites
  • Teams that only need survey or feedback collection still evaluate and potentially pay for the entire unified platform
  • Per Capterra reviewers, the platform is "easy to use, hard to master," a steep learning curve on top of the pricing opacity

What Reviewers Say About the Real Cost

Sprinklr holds a 4.2 rating across 2,185 reviews on G2's seller page (aggregated across four product profiles: Sprinklr Social 1,217 reviews, Sprinklr Service 753, Sprinklr Marketing 110, Sprinklr Insights 105), a 4.3 rating across 91 reviews on Capterra's Sprinklr Platform listing, and 7.5 out of 10 across 80 reviews on TrustRadius, scoped specifically to Sprinklr Insights.

Sprinklr Reviews
ProsCons
✅ Powerful, unified analytics and dashboards spanning social, service, and insights❌ Consistently described as expensive across G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius
✅ Broad channel coverage: 30+ digital and social channels in one interface❌ Steep learning curve, "easy to use, hard to master" per reviewers
✅ Support frequently praised as responsive during onboarding❌ Mixed support experiences reported on higher tiers too
✅ Efficient analysis of large volumes of conversation data❌ Reporting/data can be sluggish or inconsistent, per reviewer complaints

One Capterra reviewer put it plainly: the platform "may not be best for small business given the price." That's the closest thing to a consistent, independently-sourced signal about Sprinklr's actual cost that exists outside a sales quote.

Formbricks: An Open Feedback and Experience Management Suite

Formbricks isn't a single-purpose survey tool. It's an open feedback and experience management suite built around three things, feedback management, feedback analytics, and workflows and integrations, all published transparently, all included on every tier rather than upsold as separate add-ons.

Feedback Management. Formbricks unifies every collection channel that Sprinklr splits across separate, separately-priced product suites: website surveys that target specific visitors, in-app surveys for any user cohort inside your product, link surveys, and branded surveys embedded directly in email, all on one platform, one price.

Feedback Analytics. Response data flows into one place regardless of channel. Follow individual response trails or zoom out to the aggregate view, track partial and dropped-off responses, and segment by custom attributes instead of broadcasting to everyone. This is the closest overlap with what Sprinklr Insights covers, minus the social listening and video intelligence Sprinklr bundles alongside it.

Workflows and Integrations. Formbricks Workflows automate what happens after a response comes in, routing and acting on feedback without manual handling. Native integrations connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and Notion via webhooks and a free, unrestricted API on every tier, including the self-hosted Community Edition.

Formbricks Hobby Plan: Free Forever

FeatureDetails
Price$0
Workspaces1
Responses250/month (cloud)
API accessFull, including MCP
HostingFrankfurt, Germany

Where Sprinklr's self-service Advanced plan starts at $299/month with no free option, Formbricks Hobby is free forever, with the full API included from day one, no separate developer tier to unlock.

The Bottom Line: Hobby is built for testing and small feedback programs, with the same unrestricted API access as every paid tier above it.

Formbricks Pro Plan: $74/month

FeatureDetails
Price$74/month, or $890 billed annually
Workspaces3
Responses2,000/month
AudienceRespondent identification, contact and segment management, attribute-based segmentation
AutomationAll integrations, email follow-ups, custom webhooks, iOS/Android SDKs, AI translations

At $74/month, Pro costs less per month than a single seat of Sprinklr Social's Advanced plan ($299/month), and it's priced and published, no sales call required to see the number.

The Bottom Line: Pro fits a team running an ongoing feedback program with unlimited seats, priced monthly or annually with the exact figure published on the site.

Formbricks Scale Plan: $325/month

FeatureDetails
Price$325/month, or $3,900 billed annually
Workspaces5
Responses5,000/month

Enterprise add-onsFeedback unification across sources, AI topic/subtopic labeling, custom dashboards, two-factor authentication, spam protection
Formbricks transparent pricing page showing Hobby, Pro, and Scale tiers

Captured August 15, 2026 from formbricks.com/pricing.

The Bottom Line: Scale is the highest published, self-serve tier. Beyond it, Formbricks offers custom Enterprise add-ons through a published "Get in touch" contact path, not a mandatory sales gate before you see anything.

Formbricks Self-Hosting: Community Edition

The free, self-hosted Community Edition, licensed under AGPLv3, is where Formbricks diverges most sharply from Sprinklr's cloud-only model:

  • True self-hosting, not a regional data-hosting add-on still operated by the vendor. Data never leaves your infrastructure.
  • No response limits. Unlimited surveys, responses, and team members.
  • No vendor lock-in. Even downgrading from paid tiers, the Community Edition and your data remain accessible.
  • Full API on self-hosted, too. The same unrestricted API available on every cloud tier.

For a regulated buyer who read the "No Path to Self-Hosting" section above and recognized their own procurement blocker, this is the option Sprinklr's documented infrastructure doesn't offer at any price.

Feature Value Breakdown

Pricing Transparency

Sprinklr's Approach: The official pricing page 404s. The only concrete number available anywhere is a third-party estimate for one module (Sprinklr Social Advanced), and every other product across four suites requires a sales quote.

Formbricks' Approach: Every tier, Hobby through Scale, is priced and published on formbricks.com/pricing, with monthly and annual billing options on all of them.

Value Verdict: Formbricks wins decisively here. This is what's published versus what isn't, not a subjective call.

Data Residency and Self-Hosting

Sprinklr's Approach: Sprinklr's own trust documentation describes only Sprinklr-managed cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft, and Google, including its regional data-hosting add-ons for markets like Switzerland and Saudi Arabia.

Formbricks' Approach: A free, self-hosted Community Edition under AGPLv3 gives regulated buyers a genuine path to keep data entirely on their own infrastructure.

Value Verdict: Formbricks wins for any buyer where self-hosting or strict data residency is a requirement, not a preference.

Social/Omnichannel CXM Breadth

Sprinklr's Approach: Sprinklr spans social media management, contact-center AI, marketing, and consumer insights in one unified suite across 30+ digital and social channels.

Formbricks' Approach: Formbricks does not compete on social listening, social publishing, or contact-center AI. It's a dedicated feedback and experience data platform.

Value Verdict: Sprinklr wins here, clearly. If you need one vendor for social media management and contact-center operations alongside feedback, that's real breadth Formbricks doesn't claim to match.

Developer Experience and APIs

Sprinklr's Approach: API access and integration depth vary by product suite and contract tier; the self-service Sprinklr Social plan doesn't include technical support at all, per its own terms.

Formbricks' Approach: A full, unrestricted API is available free on every tier, including the self-hosted Community Edition, with no separate developer tier to unlock.

Value Verdict: Formbricks wins on accessibility. The same API and integration capability applies regardless of tier or contract size.

Vendor Independence and Billing Flexibility

Sprinklr's Approach: Even the one self-service plan available is annual billing only, with no monthly option, and additional seats carry no volume discount.

Formbricks' Approach: Monthly or annual billing is available on every published tier, and the AGPLv3-licensed Community Edition means you keep the platform and your data even if you stop paying for paid features.

Value Verdict: Formbricks wins on flexibility and lock-in risk. Sprinklr's annual-only, per-seat model makes it harder to scale spend up or down with actual usage.

Who Should Actually Pay for Sprinklr

Sprinklr makes sense if you're a large enterprise that needs one vendor spanning social media management, contact-center AI, marketing, and customer insights, Sprinklr-managed cloud hosting is acceptable for your compliance posture, and you have the budget and patience for a quote-based enterprise contract rather than a fixed, published price.

It's a weaker fit if you need a real number before your first sales call, you're evaluating purely for survey or feedback collection rather than a four-suite CXM platform, self-hosting or strict data residency is a requirement, or you want monthly billing instead of an annual-only commitment.

Sprinklr Pricing FAQ

Final Verdict

👍 Sprinklr is the right call if you're a large enterprise that wants one unified vendor across social media management, contact-center AI, marketing, and customer insights, Sprinklr-managed cloud hosting fits your compliance needs, and you have the budget and patience for a quote-based enterprise contract. Reviewers consistently praise the platform's unified analytics and channel breadth, and it's a real Forrester and Gartner leader in the social media management category specifically.

👉 Formbricks is the better fit if you need to know a real number before talking to sales, you're evaluating specifically for feedback and survey collection rather than a four-suite CXM platform, and you'd rather run feedback management, feedback analytics, and workflows on one transparently-priced platform. Every tier is published, monthly and annual billing are both available, and the AGPLv3-licensed Community Edition gives you a self-hosted path Sprinklr's documented infrastructure doesn't offer.

The honest read: Sprinklr's pricing opacity is the story here as much as any dollar figure. If you need one public number to plan around instead of a 404 and a demo request, see Formbricks' current pricing here.
