Two releases, one big update. Formbricks 5.2.0 and 5.3.0, and together they bring Formbricks Workflows, smarter feedback taxonomy, archivable surveys, and a lot more.
Automate what happens after a response
Formbricks Workflows are here. Every workflow starts with a trigger and ends with an action. This first release covers a survey response as the trigger and sending an email as the action.
Say a customer leaves a 2-star NPS score. A workflow can email your support lead the moment that response comes in, no dashboard-checking required.
Workflows live under their own tab in the sidebar and are available on the Scale and Enterprise Cloud plans.
Smarter taxonomy for your feedback
Responses get grouped into topics and subtopics automatically, with sentiment and emotion enriched right in your charts.
Getting hundreds of open-text responses and dreading the read-through? Formbricks tells you what people are talking about and how they feel, before you read a single feedback record.
Self-hosting? We provide full support for the AI Taxonomy service, including open-weight models for on-premise deployments.
Charts got a lot better
Report on sentiment and emotion, fully enriched from your open-text feedback.
Add a filter or metric and watch the chart change instantly. Build custom dashboards to surface all the KPIs relevant to specific customer experiences in one view.
Undo a deleted survey
Archive a survey and it disappears from your list without disappearing for good. Restore it anytime within 30 days, after which it's permanently deleted.
Archiving a live survey pauses it immediately so it stops collecting responses. Restore it later and it comes back paused, so you decide when to republish.
MCP now covers your entire feedback pipeline
We've made MCP a lot better: easier to connect to Claude, Codex, or any MCP client, and there's a lot more you can do with it now.
Ask Claude to spin up a survey or clean up old ones. Connect once, no API tokens, no copying data in by hand.
It now fully supports feedback record management and Workflows too, so you can build end-to-end feedback pipelines right in Claude or any AI client.

Segment by who's already responded
New segment filter: target or exclude contacts based on whether they've seen, started, or completed a survey, within the last day, week, or month.
Running an NPS survey every quarter? Build a segment for people who haven't completed any survey in the last 3 months, so you never survey the same person back-to-back.
Feedback records, translated automatically
Feedback records now show translated text automatically. No more reading the same comment in five different languages before you can act on it.
Say you run a feedback campaign across Germany, France, and Japan. Instead of translating each comment yourself, every record shows up in your language, with the original one click away if you need it.
Card-free link surveys, now the default
Link surveys can now run without a card background. Just the survey, no box around it.
Say you're embedding a survey on your own landing page. With the card gone, it blends right into your design instead of looking like a widget dropped on top.
New surveys default to the cardless arrangement going forward. Existing surveys keep whatever look you already saved.
