# Build Journey Performance Scorecards

Turn journey-tagged feedback into a Journey Performance Scorecard for each journey using Unify Feedback dashboards.

## Purpose

A Journey Performance Scorecard tracks completion, duration, effort, satisfaction, and the business outcome for one journey, measured as an end-to-end experience. Feedback supplies the experience metrics; the rest come from behavioral and operational data. A scorecard per journey lets you:

* Compare journeys and prioritize the ones that need work
* Track one experience metric per journey consistently over time
* See which journey stage drags the score down
* Hold experience, behavioral, and business signals in one view
